Thank you for your interest in the WIE CAN Mentorship Program. The first cohort of this program is designed to support five (5) emerging women working in the Canadian entertainment industry.

The program will run from February 3 to June 3, 2025.

To be eligible you must be a female Canadian resident, aged 21+, actively working in the Canadian content industry.

Selected applicants will be paired with top female industry leaders for one-to-one mentorship. Selected applicants will also participate in four (4) virtual workshops taking place on the last Tuesday of each month of the program from 4:00 – 5:30 pm EST to enhance skill building.

Program participants will also receive a complimentary pass to The Hollywood Reporter Women in Entertainment Canada Summit & Awards taking place on May 29, 2025 at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Toronto.

Applications close on January 17, 2025 and selected applicants will be notified by January 28, 2025.

Before applying please ensure that you can commit to: 2 virtual mentorship meetings per month (total of 8); a workshop on the last Tuesday of each month from 4:00 – 5:30 pm EST (total of 4); in-person attendance at an exclusive “kick-off” breakfast in Toronto on February 7, 2025; and in-person attendance at the 2025 The Hollywood Reporter Women in Entertainment Canada event on May 29, 2025 in Toronto.
